What is Cupping ?
Dry myofascial cupping is a version of the ancient Eastern style Cupping. A hand operated vacuum pump is used to induce a vacuum inside a cylinder sealed to the skin. The vacuum “draws” the soft tissue perpendicular to the skin thus providing a force to the muscle alleviating any tension and nodules.
The cups are kept in place for approx 3 mins. Cupping can help to enhance circulation by encouraging blood flow, provide pain relief, alleviate inflammation and extract toxins from the body. Cupping may ease symptoms such as:

What should I expect after Myofacial cupping?
Please note that the suction force from cupping breaks open tiny blood vessels under the skin. You will have round bruise-like marks that fade in a week or two.
